SALT LAKE CITY — Plans are underway to merge Utah’s Division of Well being with the Division of Human Providers, and Utah’s Division of Environmental High quality with Utah’s Division of Pure Assets.

Emails offered to FOX13Now.com on Friday outlined the plans to staff of all of the businesses.
